1. Application & Approval

• Prospective members must submit a formal application, agree to abide and pay the membership fees by Maxzzy’s values of collaboration, integrity, and growth.

• Membership is subject to approval by Maxzzy Marketing

• Membership benefits may include networking events, mentorship next generation, exposure opportunities, and marketing support.

• Maxzzy reserves the right to approve, suspend, or revoke membership at its discretion.

2. Category Exclusivity

• Operates on a category exclusivity model, meaning only one person per professional classification is allowed.

• Members must clearly define their business offering to avoid category conflicts.

3. Event Participation

• Members may participate in or host events, subject to approval by Maxzzy.

• Fees for events, booths, or promotional slots must be paid before the event date unless stated otherwise. Merchants participating in Maxzzy events must comply with venue and event guidelines.

• Cancellation or no-show without valid notice may result in forfeiture of payment and future participation restrictions.

• Setup and teardown must follow the provided timeline.

• Merchants are responsible for their own inventory, sales, and customer service.

4. Referral Commitment

• Members are expected to actively contribute referrals to Maxzzy. Members are able to get a referral of RM100 for member to Merchant Day Program.

• The system is built on “Givers Gain”, meaning consistent contribution is part of membership expectations.

5. Code of Ethics

• Members agree to represent and uphold their brand and Maxzzy in a high standard of professionalism and ethics.

• They agree to provide quality products/services and deliver what is promised.

• Misrepresentation or unethical behavior can result in removal.

• Members cannot promote another network during Merchant day meetings.

6. Fees & Payment

• Membership fees are paid annually and are non-refundable.

• Fees must be paid in full before participation begins.

• All fees are to be paid via bank transfer or approved payment methods.

7. Use of Maxzzy Brand

• Members may not use the Maxzzy or Merchant day logo or name in personal advertising unless approved by Maxzzy.

• All branding and promotion should adhere to Maxzzy guidelines.

8 . Liability

• Merchant Day is not liable for any personal injury, property loss, or business-related disputes during events.

• Members and merchants are responsible for their own insurance coverage, where applicable.

9. Privacy

• Personal and business information collected will be used solely for iNetwork activities and not shared with third parties without consent.
